Discipline and professional leadership of the IT-Security field (Security Operations and Security Governance) incl. Team building and development Close cooperation with ISO and internal IT areas Control of Security Operations: Operation and Development of Central Security Components and Support and Consulting of Projects Establishment and further development of security governance (standards/policies, risk and action management, auditability, reporting) Further development of IT-BCM (emergency provision, restart planning, exercises/tests) Ensuring effective procedures for incident response and vulnerability management as well as controlling external service providers

IT-related study or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT/information security (operation and/or governance) leadership experience and joy in developing employees and building structures Very good understanding of IT operations/architectures and security technologies (e.g. SIEM/EDR, network/perimeter) Structured, solution-oriented operation and clear communication at all levels Very good German in word and writing and good English
