We are looking for a part-time (75%) Senior Account Manager (m/d)

General office organisation, scheduling and administrative activities forwarding of emails, telephone calls and inbox Sending the exit post Document storage Letters from doctors and surgical reports from the General Hospital (Somatik und Psychiatrie) Representation in the General Secretariat of the General Hospital Preparation of conference rooms

They possess basic commercial knowledge, e.g. through a commercial training, experience in the field of secretariat/assistance or an education in the field of office staff, expert:woman for office communication, office businessman:wife or industrial businessman:wife, ideally as MFA or med. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing and, if possible, knowledge of English They have a sovereign, self-confident and binding appearance They have a careful, structured and independent way of working You have very good and safe knowledge in application with MS Office, knowledge in M-KIS are desirable They are durable, creative and have a high degree of self-initial and self-motivation They are absolutely reliable and team-oriented
