You take on strategic and conceptual activities in the transformation process for our sales partners You carry out self-initiated analyses to derive the key areas of action for the future of these distribution channels. You develop holistic distribution concepts and prepare ideas for the top management You work closely with the management, regional directories and executives in the field. You guide projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams

Successfully completed business studies or comparable professional experience in the financial services sector, ideal for sales or consulting A comprehensive understanding of the functions of sales and development in the field of external services and the banks Designed analytical, strategic and conceptual competence Confidence with Consulting Experience in project management and project management Communication strength and capacity Self-responsible work, strong commitment and team orientation
