Our team is responsible for the development of new Lidar sensors that lay the foundation for tomorrow's automated vehicle. The activity in our heterogeneous and interdisciplinary team is characterised by international cooperation with global partners. The innovative power of the Lidar industry holds an extremely exciting environment of unresolved and yet to be designed questions. As a working student*in, you support colleagues in the field of project management. You will get a direct insight into current development projects in the field of Autonomous Driving at Mercedes-Benz and gain immediate experience in cooperation with international partners. Your personal knowledge and preferences will be taken into account in the design of your field of activity. These challenges come to you: Support of the project management team e.g. creation of presentations, overviews, lists etc. in PowerPoint or Excel

Participation, preparation and preparation of project-relevant meetings and workshops

Documentation and maintenance of schedules

Creation, extension and care of Jira Dashboards

Evaluation and summary of technical data for effective visualizations

Conducting research tasks

Takeover of technical & organisational tasks

Participation in carrying out and evaluating experiments

Tasks are scheduled for 10-15 hours a week

The activity can start from January 2026.

Course in Economics (e.g. International Business, (technical) Business Administration), Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science) or a comparable course of study

Commitment and team skills

Motivated, self-initiative and communicative

Analytical thinking and independent working

Affinity for the products of Mercedes-Benz AG, driving licence class B

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office
