With four foundries in Silbitz, Zeitz, Torgelow and in the Slovak Košice as well as a mechanical processing company in Staßfurt and its own model construction in Crossen, Guss offers precision – from construction to ready-to-install casting.

To strengthen our team at the Silbitz site, we are looking for a motivated personality at the next possible time

Production of part-specific production technology (e.g. casting and feeder technology) and the master work plan for continuous and full-form models Calculation of production costs and creation of quotations Project coordination in the production areas (from customer request to serial maturity) Processing of technical drawings with technological data as a basis for model production and production Labelling of parts-specific production technology (e.g. casting and feeder technology) on the model (continuous and full-form models) Examination of requests and contracts for feasibility and completeness of the technological process (signment, customer specifications, customer requirements) Implementation of fault analyses and initiation of corrective and preventive measures Customer advice regarding casting technology, material selection, manufacturing possibilities, casting deviations and technology-related model changes and adaptations

completed university or higher education in the field of foundry technology or comparable training multiannual professional experience desirable General knowledge of computer technology and software operation CAD knowledge (e.g. SolidWorks, Creo) and Magmasoft desirable Teamability, Creativity, High Quality Consciousness, Self-Working and Courage to New
