As Head of HR Services (m/w/d), you report directly to the HR Director and develop and implement a forward-looking strategy for our HR Shared Service, with the clear goal of converting local structures into efficient, scalable and regional / global processes. You shape the future of our HR function by guiding a powerful team of HR specialists in the areas HR Service, HR Payroll and HR Systems and strategically You make sure that the team acts as a reliable contact for employees, managers and the HR team and provides a strong and high-quality service for the business.
