Head of HR Services (m/f/d)

As Head of HR Services (m/w/d), you report directly to the HR Director and develop and implement a forward-looking strategy for our HR Shared Service, with the clear goal of converting local structures into efficient, scalable and regional / global processes. You shape the future of our HR function by guiding a powerful team of HR specialists in the areas HR Service, HR Payroll and HR Systems and strategically You make sure that the team acts as a reliable contact for employees, managers and the HR team and provides a strong and high-quality service for the business. With your team, you design, optimize and implement end-to-end processes (e.g. on- & offboarding, contract management, compensation & Benefits, time management) with the focus on efficiency, automation, data protection and compliance. You set bonus and salary rounds securely and optimise and harmonize the various systems. You initiate and control the standardization and harmonisation of HR processes across different locations and countries. You are responsible for the planning, selection, introduction and optimization of new and existing HR systems. You drive the digitalization of HR processes to maximize efficiency, quality and user experience. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements, in particular tax and social security laws, data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.) and internal guidelines. You set the timely and accurate creation of relevant HR KPIs and key figures for management, Active participation in annual accounts and audits as well as external audits are your responsibility.

You have many years of experience in management in the HR Shared Service environment and have knowledge in Payroll, HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, HR systems (in particular P&I LOGA) and Analytics, including national and international social security and tax law. Ideally, you bring these experiences from a producing environment in the middle class. You lead your team with clarity, appreciation and motivation, shape it into a strong unit and develop it professionally. You have a strong analytical and operational problem-solving competence. You have experience in digitization and harmonisation of HR E2E processes. Ideally, you have experience in implementing modern HR systems and process automation. You're looking safe and at eye level with stakeholders at all levels, from production to management. You can master this easily with your very good German and English skills. Polish knowledge would be beneficial.
