Support and advice of existing customers (focus on private customers) in all specialist and contract-specific matters Takeover of the written and telephone correspondence on contractual matters as a central contact person Analysis of existing contracts with regard to risk profiles and requirements for identifying coverage gaps and cross-sell potentials Creating offers, developing decision-making recommendations and active participation in future-oriented sales projects and strategies

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) joy in dealing with people, high service orientation and a binding and specific occurrence Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications Embossed communication skills and reliable knowledge of German in word and writing
