Own-sponsored labour law consulting for (market) management, executives and HR Business Partners Cooperation with works council bodies as well as design and negotiation of business agreements with a focus on IT, data protection and compliance interfaces Extrajudicial and judicial representation of the companies of our group of companies, also in cooperation with the employers' association Consulting in the framework of strategic and interdisciplinary HR projects and policy issues Coordination of external lawyers and employers' associations Developing clear recommendations for action in all matters of labour law, including business constitutional and collective bargaining

First and second legal state exams Multiannual working experience in a law firm or legal department Professional experience in operational personnel management as well as experience with interfaces IT, data protection and compliance Fun at the joint design of modern industrial relations and conditions of employment Communication strength, enforcement strength, negotiation skills as well as high analytical skills and self-responsibility High team orientation German and English skills
