In your role as a (Senior) IT-Consultant Loga3 time economy, you accompany our customers from the introduction of new solutions, system migrations and stable use in day-to-day business. Your goal is to implement Loga3's time economy professionally and technically in such a way that processes run reliably, legal requirements are met and our customers benefit from it in the long term.

Introduction & Operation: You control technical consulting projects to introduce P&I's Loga3 time economy and ensure a stable and efficient operation. Migration & Transformation: You accompany the release of existing time management systems and ensure smooth migration to P&I Loga3. Process consulting: You analyze working time models, shift systems and legal requirements and develop future-oriented solutions for our customers. Implementation & Parametrization: You configure time management modules (e.g. working time models, time accounts, surcharges, absences) and implement individual requirements technically. Interfaces & Integration: You ensure the integration of the time economy in adjacent systems – in particular Payroll and HR-Core. Support & Development: You support 1st and 2nd level support and work closely with the P&I manufacturer as well as internal experts to continuously optimize solutions.

An information technology or business studies, an education or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your technical foundation. Multiannual experience in the introduction and optimization of P&I Loga-Zeitwirtschaftssysteme as well as in the implementation of complex working time models, combined with well-founded knowledge of working time laws and tariff regulations, is targeted. You are able to configure Loga modules (the focus of time management) independently and ensure their integration into existing HR system landscapes. Competence in the analysis of complex requirements and their translation into pragmatic, customer-oriented solutions distinguishes your way of working. You work in a structured and self-sponsored manner in projects and actively engage in collaboration with virtual teams.
