CE & Standards Officer (m/f/d)

CE coordination and compliance with standards: You take responsibility for CE-& Norm-relevant topics within our projects and support the constructive implementation of existing machine and safety guidelines. You make sure that our systems meet the current legal requirements and standards. Creation and maintenance of risk assessments: With your technical understanding, you analyze and evaluate potential hazards to our machines and equipment, together with the project team. You set up risk assessments, define necessary protective measures and accompany their implementation in close coordination with the specialist departments. Consultancy and support of construction As a competent contact person for CE and standardization themes, you already support the mechanical and electrical design during the design phase. You advise on safety requirements and help avoid potential risks at an early stage. Further development of standards and processes: With your view for legal changes and technical developments, you always keep our internal standards up to date. In addition, you are introducing suggestions for improvement and supporting the continuous optimization of our CE and safety processes. Cross-departmental cooperation: You work closely with the areas of construction, project management, sales and assembly. Through regular exchange, you will ensure that CE requirements are taken into account and implemented throughout the entire project process.

Knowledge in the field of machinery directive/machine regulation and relevant standards and guidelines Complete technical training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Experience in the creation of risk assessments and technical documentation Technical understanding of machine and plant engineering Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Excellent quality and responsibility English knowledge required Safe handling of current MS Office applications
