Your tasks: They take responsibility for the sales and earnings targets and actively promote the success of our construction finance sector. They advise our customers in the inventory business and the resulting new business You carefully analyze credit requests and real estate to make informed decisions. They use targeted yield potentials and strengthen customer relationships in the long term. You create credit decisions and approvals of loans and special conditions.

Your profile: They have completed training as a banker:in (SBW) or a comparable qualification. They bring several years of experience in building financing or credit processing and have well-founded expertise. They are perfectly familiar with the entire product range in the construction finance business, including funding. They move safely in digital systems such as OSPlus and use modern media for efficient customer advice. You know the local real estate market exactly and bring relevant legal knowledge.
