In training as a merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics services at Hellmann, you organize the worldwide transport. To do this, you will advise our international customers, create the right offers and complete the orders. You will also get to know departments such as customer service, disposition, customs and many more. Variety in training is guaranteed!

You will get to know the transport modes truck, train, ship and also contract logistics You regularly change the departments to get to know the MRP, customer service, billing, customs, etc. You organize Germany and worldwide transports via truck, train and ship You advise and trust customers You calculate prices and create offers, contracts and invoices You're working on complaints

You have at least one middle school degree. Student graduates are also welcome. You speak German fluently (min. level B2, proof of school certificate or certificate such as Goethe certificate) Talking English is easy You can also manage without Google Maps Working on your computer is fun You want to work in an international environment and establish contacts You are communicative and you want to inspire customers The work in the team is fun You like to plan and organize
