We are looking at the city of Ulm for the Department of Urban Planning, Environment, Building Law in the team of the Department of Urban Development and Building Law I (Inneres Stadtgebiet) as soon as possible Legal officer*in fire protection / fire prevention Full time, unlimited The Department of Urban Planning, Environment, Building Law, consisting of five departments, performs with a total of 95 employees extensive tasks in the fields of urban planning, building law, conservation of monuments, municipal climate protection, chimney sweeping, housing promotion, environmental law and industrial supervision. The Department of Urban Construction and Building Law I (Inneres Stadtgebiet) is working together with the Department of Urban Construction and Building Law II (External City Area) with its own responsibility tasks in the field of urban planning (committal construction planning, urban design), the tasks of the lower building authority (building permit procedure) and the lower conservation authority. In the context of the high-level tasks of preventive fire protection, the Urban and Building Law I department, in close cooperation with the Ulm fire brigade, carries out the regular fire prevention show in all installations under examination in the area of the Ulm municipality.

Your tasks: • Preparation, management and execution of fire prevention shows (BVS) in cooperation with the Ulmer fire brigade (main show, review) • organisation, implementation and enforcement of the elimination of defects with time-limit control, on the basis of the technical opinions of the fire brigade • administrative and construction law intervention with regard to defects in the BVS objects • Creating an object file for BVS-managed construction installations; Updating and maintenance of the object file • Examination of building documents with regard to conservation • Initiation and processing of fines in case of established violations of orders in BVS objects, as well as processing of breaks • System support for PROSOZ fire protection and FLINDO
