Number: MER000425M We are the global partner for the implementation of the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS). As a company-internal Lean consultancy, we accompany the production and planning areas of Mercedes-Benz Cars during the introduction and further development. Our MPS experts are partners of top management in the rebuilding of international works as well as in the optimization of established works.

Our team is responsible for two key topics: A focus is on all internal communication activities in a variety of forms of film and photo production, project marketing, online and print media, to organizing major events. The second focus is strategic projects, which are implemented and implemented in all plants worldwide together with the top management. These are your tasks: Conception, design and implementation of various digital media (film, room rendering, GIF, podcast, etc.) Creation of storyboards as well as planning and performing video production and subsequent video editing Design, design and layout of logos and key visuals Media-specific preparation of content (graphs, videos and texts) Support in the design and implementation of campaigns and content measures Ideas development for new communication concepts (digital and on-site) in own initiative Creating and adapting layout and ensuring CI guidelines Support for the overall management of projects and the preparation of tax circles and internal voting dates Appealing design of presentations for top management (German and English) Close cooperation with cross-departmental teams The activity can begin from July 2026.

Studies in the field of graphic/media or communication design (immatriculated). Experiences and expertise in graphic design as well as very good knowledge of the programs from Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop for creating key visuals and drawings Illustrator for creating logos and icons Indesign for the layout of print media Premiere for video editing After effects for animations Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good knowledge in PowerPoint High level of creativity and independent conception with a view for visually appealing design Interest and openness to work into different projects and digital tools with different technical content Independent, structured and targeted mode of operation Team spirit and reliability Very good German and English knowledge Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
