Your future job:

For our customer Airbus Aerostructures at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site, you are a Lean Change Agent (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Implementation and sustainable compliance of the AOS system
• Presentation of workshops (Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, VSM) and training of executives (on-the-job training)
• Initiation and support of Go-Look Lakes (on-site visits) of the leadership level with structured feedback
• Implementation of self-assessment and industrial assessments in cooperation with managers
• Definition of AOS Roadmap and TIPs (Tactical Implementation Plans) as well as further development of AOS standards, tools and methods
• Management of implementation projects for continuous improvement of processes and processes

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of business management or a comparable qualification
• First Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Multiannual professional experience in project management and process improvement
• Experience in aerospace
• Very good knowledge of change management
• Knowledge of Lean and Total Quality Management (problem solution methods)
• Experience with Google Workspace
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
• French knowledge of advantage
• Remote work only possible after consultation
