Public Procurement Purchasing Manager (m/f/d)

Own implementation of national and EU-wide procurement procedures and ready-to-subscribe preparation of all relevant documents Advising the requesting departments in all procurement and procurement matters Leading negotiations with business partners Implementation and evaluation of procurement market analyses Support for the development and application of digital/ AI-based procurement and procurement processes

Completion of higher education in business administration, industrial engineering, business information technology or comparable discipline or equivalent skills and experience Experience in the implementation of public procurement procedures and the creation of complex contractual documents Good knowledge of public procurement law and purchasing Experience in preparing and leading negotiations Good knowledge of English in word and writing Ideally, first experience in the application of AI-based procurement tools Representative communication and counselling skills Teamability and willingness to support colleagues
