Consulting & in-house sales: Qualified processing of all incoming event requests, implementation of professional housekeeping and the active, finalised sale of our conference capacities and event locations. Tailored offers: creation of individual offers, contracts and detailed schedules (Function Sheets) according to the customer's wishes. All-round assignment (end-to-end): You are the permanent contact person for the customer – before the event at the detailed planning, during the event as a warm host on site (welcome, intermediate agreements) and after the event for the feedback talk. Interface coordination: Close consultation and transfer of all relevant information to our operating departments (kitchen, service, technology, reception) to guarantee a perfect process. Accounting & Preparation: Creating the event bills and maintaining the customer database in the hotel system.

A completed training in the hotel or Event 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable or similar field Cost-conscious, economic thinking and action Independent and responsible work in the team Willingness to work on weekends and holidays if necessary Further qualifications (intermediate languages etc.) are advantageous good knowledge of German (min. B2) are required good computer skills Experience with hotel banquet & reservation systems
