CAFM and TASK: You work in a structured manner in our web-based CAFM software eTASK and use it as a central control instrument Counter and consumption data: You coordinate the reading of the consumable counters, maintain the results in eTASK and are responsible for the notification of the counters to the utilities Invoicing & Data Quality: Incoming energy consumption calculations check and capture carefully and provide the relevant data for controlling Standards & Quality: You ensure compliance with existing CAFM requirements, introduce optimization ideas and support their further development Sustainability & Reporting: You actively contribute to the creation of the sustainability report to CSRD Project work: Whether counter digitization or building an energy management system – you support exciting future projects with direct added value

Qualification: You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification Expertise: Ideally, you already bring knowledge in energy management; Experience in real estate management is a plus IT knowledge: With Microsoft Office you work safely, especially Excel you use routined and data-based Process understanding & vision: You keep legal and regulatory developments in mind, think process-oriented and recognize early action needs in energy management Working style: You work independently, structured and with high quality standards. At the same time, you communicate service-oriented – internally and externally
