Sales drivers are our signposts – a job with great responsibility and great opportunities. For most customers, the bofrost sales driver is a personal and welcome advisor. The “bofrostman” – or often also woman – is customer advisor, customer identifier and entrepreneur. It bears responsibility for the development of its sales area and receives generous premiums on its fixed basic salary when successful.

In this profession will be happy who likes dealing with people. Many of the customers have known “their” bofrost* sellers for years. As a pleasure expert, he knows his customers and their tastes and can therefore give recommendations and advise them individually as no other.

We help our sales drivers from the outset with training to get a feeling for the wishes of the people. Proper listening and good advice are intensively trained there. However, what one cannot train is passion for good food and interest in the opposite. This is the best condition in this profession not only to be successful but also to be satisfied.
