With your expertise, you develop and implement machine learning models for various industries, based on well-founded statistical and analytical methods. You prepare complex datasets for modeling and analysis. Scalable ML/KI-controlled solutions are created by working with different cloud technologies. In projects, you translate business requirements into technical solutions by working with cross-functional teams. You take responsibility for your work area, communicate clearly the scope of your tasks and convey technical results to business teams and stakeholders. Through your pronounced analytical thinking, you create valuable insights.

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering, and you'll bring well-founded expertise. You communicate fluently and convincingly both in German and in English. You've already gained 2–3 years of experience in Data Science and can use your knowledge in a targeted way. Your analytical thinking, your structured approach to problem solving and your sharp look for details will help you master complex challenges. With excellent communication skills, you can support effective collaboration within teams and across department boundaries. A proactive and reliable way of working distinguishes you, combined with enthusiasm for teamwork. You have practical experience in modeling with Python or comparable tools. Your deep understanding of AI and machine learning methods, especially tree-based and Bayesian methods, allows you to develop innovative solutions. You know about relational and NoSQL databases as well as the ETL process. In addition, you will ideally bring knowledge in the following areas:

• Visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Long-term cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Use of generic AI for information retrieval, trend analysis and precise data summaries.
• Development of front-end interfaces and control cockpits with tools like streamlit
