With customised maintenance programs and most advanced repair procedures, the company ensures the reliability and availability of aircraft fleets.

We are looking for a full-time office (m/w/d) at the next time.

Apply written and oral communication in German and English and make general administrative processes efficient preparing and structuring documents of the department; Create evaluations and reports Actively support department management in various projects Conduct control activities and monitor and update the budget of cost centers Edit ordering processes (including SAP-Banf, LUPUS and P.O.) independently Adjust and maintain working hours in the time recording system organize business trips, meetings and visitor care; Planning and voting dates Take over additional tasks and special topics flexibly

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in similar activities Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Very good English skills
