The project investigates the interaction of neuronal oscillations over time and frequency, the flow of information between brain regions and the role of transient EEG states in supporting adaptive behavior. Depending on the interest, the project can also comprise a translational component, for example with reference to ADHD, instability of cognitive control, neurofeedback or adaptive neuromodulation. We are looking for a highly motivated doctoral student who wants to explore how the human brain dynamically coordinates perception, action and cognitive control.
