• Billing and coordination of tours of local and remote traffic in the entrance and exit as well as document archiving
• Handling of outgoing bulk goods truck, coordination and system-side control loading
• Control of legal documents and papers
• Coordination of self-delivery
• Processing, testing and acquisition of data in the Transport Management System
• Work with yard management
• Optimization of data quality with the help of data analysis and master data maintenance
• Monitoring of power generation Direct transport
• Voting with all adjacent groups
• Various working time models possible in the shift system

(m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable training

• Embossed knowledge in forwarding processes

• Very good MS-Office-365 knowledge

• Excellent customer and service orientation and good communication skills

• Ready to change in the 2 layer system

• 39-hour week with 5 working days and minute time recording

• 28 days holiday, and the 24.12. and 31.12. are unemployed days - entitlement to 3 weeks contiguous holiday

• Holiday allowance of 360€ and participation from 2. Year of employment and other voluntary services such as Christmas money
