Your tasks:

• Planning, configuration and programming of the process control technology of pharmaceutical plants
• Implementation of process engineering processes in PCS7 (SIMATIC Batch, Route Control)
• Creation of functional plans and process schemes in PCS7
• Programming of the interfaces of PCS7 for system control technology
• Creation of process images with WinCC flexible
• Implementation of control and process control commissioning incl. MSR technology
• Accompanying the acceptance of the plants

• Successfully completed study of electrical engineering/automatization technology or Vocational training in the field of electrical engineering/automatization technology with a supplement by a corresponding further training to the state-tested technician:in
• Experience in planning and programming in the PCS7 environment
• Knowledge of SIMATIC Batch and SIMATIC Route Control
• Ideally experience in the pharmaceutical environment and in the control of pharmaceutical plants
• Understanding the qualification and validation of process plants
