as far as possible studies in the field of real estate management, real estate management, surveying or similar fields ideally professional experience in property management and contracting well-founded experience in negotiating contracts as much knowledge as possible in the work with a property information system and GIS applications high level of negotiation skills and communication strength high self-initiative and the ability to conceptual work driving licence class B
