Senior Digital Transformation and Demand Manager (m/f/d)

You systematically raise the requirements from the fields of expertise, prioritize them and translate them into technically and professionally usable concepts for IT You plan and tax independent IT projects – from the selection of suitable solutions to project coordination to successful implementation You take the role as a central interface between departments, IT department and external service providers and ensure a smooth flow of information You carry out selection procedures for new IT systems, comparative solutions, evaluate offers and prepare decision bases for management You support the departments in formulating their requirements and accompany them professionally and conceptually in the development of practical solutions You advise on IT-relevant issues and make sure that new solutions are in line with the superior IT strategy and existing system landscapes You actively participate in the further development of the IT strategy and introduce your perspective into the prioritization and design of future projects You develop into a trusted contact for professionals and executives and support them as a savings partner (m/w/d) in digital and strategic decisions

You have a well-founded knowledge of requirements and project management and ideally bring experience with common methods such as Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMI You have already worked in real estate or in adjacent areas such as financial accounting or treasury and know the industry-specific processes You are safe in handling SAP systems and can analyze technical requirements as well as evaluate them in an SAP context You have a good technical understanding and can transfer technical requirements into data models and system architectures You work structured, think analytically and draw your attention through a quick understanding You take responsibility, focus on priorities and bring the necessary enforcement strength to successfully drive projects
