We are looking for a dedicated material processing market communication in the energy industry for the energy service department – limited to 1 year (full time).

Own processing of customer exchange processes in compliance with legal deadlines. Working with projects to optimize and further develop market processes. Close coordination with colleagues from sales, IT and other departments. Central interface to internal and external partners (e.g. IT service providers). Take responsibility for the timely and objectively correct implementation of market communication processes. independent testing of processes including release for production. Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials. Introducing impulses for digitalization and automation. Accompanying legal changes and continuous development of the processes.

Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, managerial staff) or comparable qualification Ideally experience in market communication or distribution of energy Basic knowledge of relevant energy regulations (e.g. EnWG, GPKE, MaBiS) as well as safe handling of IT systems Embossed communication skills, team spirit and a structured and independent way of working High service orientation, decision-making and interest in process optimization and digitization
