Type of employment: Full time

Planning of events: You organize concerts, readings, hikes and other events such as our Lichter- or Poolfest in cooperation with colleagues. Organization of special weeks: You plan and implement special theme weeks such as hiking weeks, cooking seminars and Jubilar weeks with colleagues. Support and care of the guests: You take part in the programme points and serve the guests during the events. Answering individual requests: You implement special holiday wishes and requests from the guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible. Creation of daily and weekly mail or daily care of our Bareiss app: You write and design informative program brochures and update our app or develop the offer there. Classification for daily live music: You plan the musical entertainment and communicate with our musicians. Bicycle rental: You organize the rental of our high-quality e-bikes and answer the bikes and accessories.

Embossed organizational talent: You plan and coordinate programme points and events with lots of joy and new ideas. Service and gas-torientated: You always have a look at the well-being and satisfaction of the guests. Flexible and adaptable: you can quickly adjust to new situations and requirements. High entitlement to your own activity: You strive for the highest quality and professionalism in your work. Extroverted and a good appearance: You appear confidently and leave a positive impression with the guests. Knowledge of foreign languages: knowledge of English and/or French is advantageous to communicate with international guests. Driving licence: a valid driving licence is mandatory
