Do you want innovative, creative and self-determined pedagogical work in outpatient education? For work with children, adolescents, parents and families we are looking for dedicated employees with experience in outpatient youth and family support. The MATRiX child and youth aid was founded in 2018 by our facility manager Przemek Patyna. Since then, in the field of outpatient youth assistance (§27 et seq. SGB VIII), we have been offering flexible and tailor-made assistance – as individual as the families we work with. We supplement our offer with the planning and implementation of tailor-made residential projects according to §35 SGB VIII.

Educational support and support for children, young people and families in everyday life Assistance in education, conflict management and crisis situations Development of individual aid plans and their implementation together with the families Cooperation with youth offices, schools, therapists and other institutions Promoting self-employment, resources and social skills Documentation of the help course and preparation of reports Active participation and further development of our outpatient offers
