IT Program Value Controller m/w/d MSHIP Projects

As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. With our network, we not only make the country an innovative power turntable in the heart of Europe, but also make the energy system of the future significant. The structure of electricity networks is changing. 20 years ago, the power grids were still determined by large conventional power plant blocks. In 2032 we face a system consisting mainly of wind, photovoltaics, gas power plants, storage and flexible loads. TransnetBW as a transmission system operator poses great challenges in controlling the power grid. Here comes MSHIP. MSHIP is a platform that will provide our expert teams with the next generation of powerful OT/IT systems and applications by 2032. For this we build iterative and incrementally real-time-capable on-prem, self-hosted, self-run, air gapped Bare Metal OT/IT platforms in our own data centers. Therefore, we establish a new team that makes our IT a digital nervous system of the energy transition and ensures the quality of life of 11 million people. Be part of something big. An important function within MSHIP is controlling the MSHIP digital asset. You will be located in the Controlling area and are part of the MSHIP team in everyday life to continuously develop this digital asset with us. The key tasks of the Controlling area include corporate planning, commercial regulation and project controlling. Controlling is strongly connected to other specialist areas of the company. In the case of MSHIP, we have an interdisciplinary specialist and IT program, which uses a variety of projects to work towards an overarching, common strategic goal. As a member of the program team, you are responsible for the strategic and operational project and value controlling, planning, monitoring and controlling the costs, budgets and value contributions as well as the economic optimization and reporting for a central, interdisciplinary program of our company You are the central interface between program, projects and business partners for economic issues You strategically and operatively support the procurement processes end-to-end; from planning to billing. You master the challenges of the high range of technical and technical characteristics and the high number of individual processes. You develop, establish and operationalize a value controlling. This allows you to achieve even better control of the program.
