In our Enterprise Risk Management you are a firm part of a team that reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for monitoring all types of risk. We take care of the internal control system, control of operational risks and compliance with high standards in risk management. Through our close cooperation with all disciplines, you will get to know the company from different angles and actively shape how we recognise and manage risks at an early stage. This is what awaits you:

Actively shape risk management: You independently monitor risk management processes and prepare the results for the team. Optimize processes: You support the introduction of new methods and tools to make our risk management even more efficient. analyse risks: You accompany the risk inventory and support specialist departments in identifying and evaluating risks. Develop control system: You work on optimizing our company-wide controls and check compliance with internal guidelines. Support exams: You support the annual external audit of the internal control system. Create reports: You prepare regular reports for risk reporting to management. Implementation of measures: You help develop solutions to mitigate risks and implement them. Flexible work: Once a week you meet your team in our modern Düsseldorf office. On the remaining days you can work flexibly from the home office.

Studying with finance or analysis focus: You are immatriculated in (economic) informatics, business management, economics, mathematics, VWL or a comparable degree course and are interested in risk management. You not only know SVERWEIS, INDEX or Pivot tables, but you can also build complex formulas, analyze larger amounts of data and prepare them clearly. Bonus points if you are not foreign to data validation, conditional formatting or simple macros. Analytical Strength: You are structuring, recognizing relationships quickly and enjoy solving problems with data based. Self-employed work: You work carefully, take responsibility and take active action. Team spirit and communication: You are happy to exchange with others, can present your results in a comprehensible way and move safely in English and German.
