Construction Project management: You conduct, tax and monitor construction work in industrial and stock building independently according to § 55 NBauO – from execution to handover. Construction in stock & Industrial construction: The focus of your activity is on refurbishment, rebuilding and extension measures, in which you keep an eye on technical, timely and economic aspects. Coordination, Quality & Security: You coordinate all the works involved in the construction, coordinate with clients, specialist planners and contractors and ensure compliance with deadline, cost, quality and safety standards. Accounting, Documentation & Reporting: Mass determinations, performance determinations as well as the participation in billing are part of your task as well as the structured documentation of the progress of construction and regular reporting to the project management.

Qualification: A completed training or studies in civil engineering – for example civil engineering, architecture or as a construction technician / master in civil engineering – forms your technical basis. Professional experience & Expertise: You have experience in building construction, ideally in construction or industrial construction, and have a safe technical understanding and good knowledge of VOB/B. Operation & Personality: A structured, independent way of working, organizational strength, and communication and enforcement skills are the key. Mobility & Team spirit: You have a class B driver's license, you like to work in the team and have the pleasure of actively advancing construction projects. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English are desirable.
