To reliably support this important task, we need a professional, structured and modern personnel department. We are looking for you – a reliable reinforcement for our HR team, who masters both payroll and personnel processes.

Your mission:

In our HR team, you are responsible for payroll accounting and staff administration for around 400 employees. You make sure that all personal and accounting processes are processed correctly, legally and on time, and support the further development of our digital HR processes.

Your tasks:

You are currently preparing the monthly payroll for a defined care group and ensuring the correct processing of all billing-related data. You take the complete independent payroll together with your colleagues and actively participate in the transition to a pay model. You communicate with sickness funds, offices and social security institutions. You create contracts, contract changes, certificates, certificates etc. You care about the digital personal files and monitor the completeness of all documents. You manage holiday, sickness and absenteeism and work in coordination with the Head of Personnel. You answer personal and billing requests and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You work closely with the areas of care coordination and case management. Your focus is on personal administration and billing. You will take your own key topics in the team. You actively participate in HR digitalization projects and introduce your ideas to optimize our processes.

Education & experience: You have completed a commercial training or a comparable qualification and brings several years of experience in wages and wages. Payroll.
