We are looking for you as Senior Planning Engineer:in Constructive Engineering (w/m/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the Hannover site. Your tasks: You carry out object and structural planning for bridge constructions and other engineering constructions in the field of construction engineering construction compliant with the requirements of the contract, budget and quality Your tasks include the creation of plans in the performance phases 1-7 of HOAI, as well as the planning of construction processes and construction phases taking into account the railway operation You will begin feasibility studies and pre-planning as well as cross-structural construction and state planning The creation of documents of design and approval planning, performance directories and tender and award documents is your responsibility As a communications talent, you will ensure optimal cooperation with authorities, service providers:inside and internal partners:inside and if necessary, you will coordinate specialist teams of internal and/or external planners, taking over the responsibility for budgeting for the technical structure of the constructive engineering construction In addition, you will take care of the preparation of all documents for applications from building permits, financing associations, board templates and cost-effectiveness calculations Development of innovative methods such as BIM, SCRUM or the automation of bridge planning

Your profile: Successfully completed technical/university studies as a civil engineer:in with a deepening of constructive engineering or in a comparable field Several years of experience in the work with the planning and/or coordination of (iron railway) infrastructure projects, in the planning of construction phases and in the creation of performance directories Experience in the field of planning / project management, ideally also with methods of agile project management and very good knowledge of cost and time management of infrastructure projects Your very good knowledge in the field of construction engineering and in the fields of HOAI, VOB, VOL as well as the valid statutory provisions add your profile With your independent, structured working and high quality orientation, you emerge You are analytically strong and find suitable solutions for complex issues Your work is characterised by a pronounced sense of quality, cost and time as well as a high level of autonomy, care and outcome orientation
