SEO Strategy & Optimization: Planning and expanding the SEO strategy for different websites, including SEA interconnection and developing sustainable solutions to improve search engine placement Policy & Innovation: Further development of SEO guidelines for the group of companies and the development of a “SEO meets AI” strategy Collaboration & Content: Close collaboration with marketing units and distribution channels to integrate SEO measures and create high-quality product and marketing content with the specialist departments Web Development & Internationality: cooperation with cross-departmental development projects to ensure the search engine friendliness and performance of our website; and coordination of SEO activities with international marketing teams Monitoring & Reporting: Regular monitoring and analysis of all relevant KPIs and compilation of reports Agency Management & Quality Assurance: Planning, Control and Control of External SEO Agencies and Implementation of Quality Controls

Search Engine Optimization & E-Commerce: Advanced professional experience in performing complex SEO projects, ideally with e-commerce reference Tool Competence & Analysis: Routine in dealing with common SEO and web analytics tools (e.g. Sistrix, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Adobe Analytics) and well-founded expertise in evaluating extensive datasets Communication & Presentation: Secure presentation and presentation of analysis results and findings to relevant stakeholders Creativity & Design: Feeling for aesthetics and design as well as the ability to introduce creative impulses into marketing measures Software & language skills: Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) and good English knowledge in word and writing Engagement & own initiative: High level of reliability and enthusiasm for innovation in online marketing
