Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your duties You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the indoor service team at Schramberg site and ensure a smooth, timely and economical process of commercial processes. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the internal service team

Ensuring the proper handling of commercial processes (offer, costing, order, shipping)

Planning and control of personnel use (authorisation, representation, task priority)

Continuous review, optimization and further development of the processes

Participation in the processing of customer and supplier complaints including Action tracking

Perception of the interface function to adjacent areas

Operational cooperation if necessary (e.g. for job tips or personnel bottlenecks)

Your profile Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in commercial interior services, ideally with first leadership experience

Safe handling of commercial processes such as supply creation, order and shipping processing

Organisational strength and structured and solution-oriented operation

Enforcement, communication strength and team orientation

Responsibility and readiness to continuously develop processes and employees
