Operational Buyer in Building Construction (m/f/d)

Tendering, negotiation and procurement of materials & services in accordance with the purchasing guidelines Management of price and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, maintenance and expansion of the supplier and subcontractor network, and the creation of price levels for current projects Close cooperation with the project management Responsibility for compliance with costs, dates & quality requirements Analysis of procurement risks & development of risk mitigation measures

Successfully completed study of economics or engineering or commercial training with corresponding further qualification in construction At least 3-4 years of experience in purchasing in construction Negotiating & Contract Legal Competence Secure handling and user knowledge of the MS Office package, knowledge of CRM systems and RIB iTWO (2026 release) Ability to independently process complex facts & problems Team-oriented, communicative & open minded personality Own-sponsored, independent working and high commitment and responsibility English knowledge desirable
