Termination, control and monitoring of the doors and frames from the DE-Werke for the external processing process RAL/NCS paintings. Daily residue processing and date tracking including data processing based on meaningful reports traceability and delivery date adjustments in coordination with the respective interfaces, adaptation of the order data in the ERP system Construction and development of daily reports – Dashboard for the presentation of customer orders/positions in production/storage (order inventory, backlog) Distribution of the daily reports to the interface areas including derivation of appropriate measures Project work for transferring current reports and data sources in Power BI. Automation of order-related evaluations and statistics. Improvement and optimization projects including process and sequence-based documentation Support of the team/departmental manager for ad-hoc reporting and projects

Master/Bachelor degree with focus on supply chain management. 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally product knowledge in the field of components. Embossed IT experience Very good MS Office knowledge especially Access & Excel (Makros, VBA). Self-employed, careful and rapid operation, pronounced team capacity and loadability, even at term printing. English: Safe knowledge of word and writing German knowledge (C1) - mandatory
