As Head of Commercial Property Management (m/w/d), you take a key role in our company and actively shape the future of our property portfolio. You assume the overall responsibility for the commercial real estate management of our portfolio. You optimize and control all commercial processes (manual contract management, additional cost accounting, budget planning, etc.). You are responsible for the strategic development of the portfolio in cooperation with the expansion. You take part in national meetings and coordination with relevant stakeholders. You are looking at the promotion and development of employees through further development and training opportunities and annual discussions.

What convinces us: Your degree in real estate, business or comparable qualifications. Your multi-year professional experience in commercial real estate management, ideally in a senior role. Your well-founded knowledge in rental law, contracting and commercial real estate processes.
