As Head of Department and Money Laundering Officer, you will design the new department from scratch. You take responsibility for controlling all AML processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Through your expertise and leadership, you create transparency and are the key partner for the entire organization. In this task you take over: Close cooperation with the Boards of the Bank and active advice in AML questions Takeover of the functions of the Head of Division and of the Money Laundering Officer Ensuring compliance with legal, supervisory and internal requirements, continuous further development of the compliance and consulting of the management and of the departments in all essential regulatory issues Monitoring regulatory developments and implementation of new (supervisional) requirements, e.g. the EU-AML-VO Development, implementation and monitoring of the strategy to prevent money laundering and criminal acts

Ideal for this position: Multiannual experience in money laundering prevention, compliance, risk management, internal audit or comparable control functions Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and a Structured, Careful and Risk-Oriented Work Communication and enforcement capabilities in the field, management and supervisory authorities.
