Risk Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Implementation and further development of risk management and reporting and analysis processes for the Europe & Africa region (EAR) Coordination, analysis and evaluation of Risk & Control Self-Assesments (RCSA) in close cooperation with international stakeholders and global risk management Implementation of risk KRI reporting, monitoring of risk indicators, identification of needs for action and initiation of appropriate measures Creating meaningful analyses, reports and management presentations for management, committees and international decision-making bodies Design and optimization of modern reporting, monitoring and analysis tools for data-based management of risks and corporate objectives Central contact person for risk-relevant enquiries as well as interface to national and international disciplines, management bodies and global risk management functions

Completed studies in economics, finances or comparable qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in risk management, ideally in an international business environment with complex stakeholder structures Knowledge gained in management reporting, analysis of key figures and preparation of decision templates Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including visualization and presentation of complex data and processes analytic way of thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working; Experience in managing projects is advantageous Negotiating English skills as well as strong communication skills for cooperation with international departments and executives
