Management & Monitoring of ICT risks to strengthen digital resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, ISO 22301) Development, control and monitoring of ICT risk management, including creation & maintenance of relevant policies (ICT risk management directive, ICT, security guidelines, emergency plan) Reporting on the status of ICT risk management to the management body and reporting of serious ICT security incidents to the BaFin Assessment and control of cyber risks and definition and monitoring of ICT security measures Coordination & Integration of ICT risk management into general risk management and definition of methods & processes for risk assessment Advising the management on all questions of information security, including support in defining and adapting the security strategy Monitoring and investigation of ICT incidents, analysis of risks and derivation of appropriate countermeasures Accompanying & Monitoring IT Projects and Change Management Processes with IT Relevance to Ensure Information Security Training & awareness of employees & IT service providers on ICT security requirements and strengthening security awareness Cooperation with internal and external bodies as well as contact persons for information security & data protection

Advanced knowledge & practical experience in the maintenance of the Forum Suite (Module ISM, BCM, NSR) tool of the FORUM Gesellschaft für Informationssicherheit mbH Care of relevant information classes, applications, service providers & risks Experience in auditing & certification according to ISO 27001 & ISO 22301 Knowledge of IT security detected by seminars/certifications (e.g. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, PECB Certified ISO/IEC 27005 Risk Manager) Comprehensive knowledge about laws & regulatory requirements in the banking sector (e.g. KWG, MaRisk, GDPR, IT Security Act, DORA, MICA, BAIT) Multiannual professional experience & knowledge of business areas & processes of banks Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured and careful operation High level of autonomy and sense of responsibility Communication & team skills Flexibility and commitment
