Damage from travel insurance and car rental insurance audits and decides on payments or rejections independently. the written and telephone communication with insurers as well as other parties can be mastered in a sovereign manner – from the document request to the final service statement. in the event of a benefit, the payment of the insurance benefit is responsible, it carries out it itself and provides a clear and convincing explanation of performance. take on qualified, service-oriented advice for customers in case of damage and reliably assist them in a challenging situation.
