Construction, development and operational implementation of the Configuration Management in the SIAM Multi-Provider environment Design & Optimization of Configuration Management Process according to ITIL Management of CMDB including definition of standards, interfaces and integration rules for internal and external providers Development of the Configuration Management Database (CMBD) model and structures in ServiceNow including interface design and automation of data imports Quality assurance & monitoring of the data base by KPI-based evaluations and continuous process improvement Consulting & Coordination of internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of Configuration Management Control of Process Panels and Ensuring Integrated End-to-End Services in Multiprovider Managements

Complete university degree (Bachelor) with focus on computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics, IT management or BWL with minor computer science or comparable knowledge, skills and qualifications Multiannual professional experience in configuration management and ITIL process environment Knowledge in Service Integration Management (SIAM) and ITIL incl. Basic certification Low-end IT confession as well as high affinity for IT infrastructures and awareness of complex, technical and business relationships as well as the impact of changes in IT operations Experience in creating configuration management-specific reports, key figures and reporting tools Found experience in ITSM ticket systems such as Service Now, HPSM, Atlassian JIRA, BMC Remedy very good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (C1/C2) and understanding to express themselves in a manner that is appropriate to the address Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
