Sales assistant in the medical supply store and field service (m/f/d)

For our OTB team we are looking for you at the next time in Cottbus as a Consumer (m/w/d) in the Sanity House and Foreign Service in **parttime.

Your tasks with us

• You advise and sell tools and medical products (e.g. medical compression stockings, bandages, orthopedic inserts, roller shutters) – to approx. 60% in the field service directly with the customer and 40% in our medical business
• You create individual offers and find tailor-made solutions for the needs of our customers
• You build long-term customer relationships and plead them with commitment and empathy
• You support us in the presentation and order of goods
• You are working closely with representatives, therapists, institutions and clinics

You bring it with

• A successfully completed training, e.g. as a trader in healthcare (m/w/d), merchant/w/d in retail (m/w/d), medical specialist (m/w/d), physiotherapist (m/w/d)
• Ideally, first experience in medical specialist trade or multiannual professional experience in healthcare or in the sale of consulting-intensive products
• Retailer (m/w/d) with experience as a retailer (m/w/d), Hotelfachmann/-frau (m/w/d), Gastronomiefachkraft (m/w/d) or Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) are welcome
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least language level C1)
• Communication strength, empathy and the ability to work quickly into new topics
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems of advantage
• Class B driving licence
