Employment type: Limited Working hours: Full-Time Joblocation: Submission You will be a key driver in promoting and implementing innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions within Bosch. Your work will provide significant value to our global engineering quality organization. As a PreMaster in our Vehicle Motion business, you will be at the forefront of developing-edge quality agents. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Workflow and Agentic solutions (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, n8n, Power Automate). The resulting intelligent agentic landscape wants support all our product development projects for steering and braking systems. Your responsibilities will include the end-to-end development of the Quality Agents, from conceptualization and design to implementation and continuous improvement in close collaboration with our user. You will develop an environment where the agents can be managed efficiently with increasing automation. Beyond your core development tasks, you will have the opportunity to take on special responsibilities such as fashionrating workshops, training partners departments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.

Education: You possess a university degree (Bachelor) in computer science, engineering, or a related field and are committed to pursuing a Master's degree. Experience and Knowledge: You have a strong interest and experiences with Artificial Intelligence and low-code/no-code platforms. A strong command of Microsoft tools, especially the Power Platform and Copilot Studio, is very appreciated. Programming skills are desirable. Personality and Working Practice: You are open-minded, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn. You are characterized by your analytical approach and critical thinking abilities. Work Routine: You are structured, self-directed, and results oriented. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in context international. Languages: You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
