Your future responsibility includes the following tasks: You are responsible for the comprehensive support and development of our customers (B2B) and accompany our performance portfolio, in particular in the field of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and software solutions You build long-term customer relationships, care for them and engage our existing customers – from initial contact to sustainable support You work closely with our departments to ensure smooth and successful implementation of customer projects You create tailor-made offers and conduct negotiations to successfully conclude contracts You regularly participate in customer visits (on site) as well as in industry events or trade fairs (like the E-world).
