Reception and personal welcome of customers First contact for service customers – personally, by phone and by email Recording and clarification of customer requests and forwarding to service consultants or competent departments appointment and coordination of workshop appointments Support for order opening, vehicle return and accounting Interface between customer, service and sales Support of the team in organizational and commercial tasks

Completed commercial or technical training Professional experience in service assistance or customer support in the automotive industry Embossed customer and service orientation Positive and open radiation Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Organizational and structured working Teamability, flexibility and resilience Safe handling of MS Office or digital systems Willingness to work in shiftwork
