Head of interdisciplinary project teams in the product development process – from idea to market maturity Agile planning and control of innovation projects in medical technology in compliance with quality, cost and time targets Monitoring the project performance with appropriate systems and common methods Reporting on project results and/or risks to the responsible management and, where appropriate, further decision-makers Ensuring a proper and complete project documentation for the approval process

Experience in leadership of teams from different disciplines Certification according to GPM/IPMA or comparable desirable Knowledge in the environment of medical technology and associated admission procedures Practice in the application of modern project management tools English knowledge of C1 level (written and oral) Secure handling in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ideally know-how in the Project Management Office (PMO) Ready to go new ways
