This assortment has been expanded by the growing segment of innovative fruit rubber products for nutritional supplements. Leadership and further development of an approximately 40-person shift team Ensure efficient production processes and compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP, IFS) Application, holiday and shift planning including control of temporary workers Leading employee talks and accompanying interviews Process and cleaning optimization for continuous improvement Planning of production order and processing of production-relevant documents Accompanying production tests, packaging tests and projects

Complete training in the food or production environment Ideally master qualification or comparable further education Multi-year leadership experience IT affinity and readiness for the 3-shift
